I have heard that OSHA has a new rule that came into effect Jan. 1, 2004 that restricts persons with certain medical conditions, particularly coronary reconstructive surgery and seizure disorders from working in particular workplaces.
Does anyone have any OSHA CDs or updates that can verify or disprove this?
