Nope - but a concrete processing house next door - sucks!
Dad had one zoned in next door to his ranch in Texas. The ranch was just outside of the city limits while the concrete place was just inside.
The fly from the loaders into the top of the trucks killed several acres of Oak timber.
Talk was cheap - nothing could be done. Then there was a solution. The EPA.
A friend at the local college came over to visit - and noticed the moon like region over the fence line. He suggested a cleanup and periodic helicopter water down of the trees. - to late for them as the lime killed leaf out after leaf out. But the EPA did get a call and that was all it needed. The concrete guy was actually running an un-regulated (polluting big time) plant. He had a big state contract so he cleaned up his act and tried to be a better neighbor.
I wouldn't wish the EPA on anyone, but in some cases people are just begging for it.

Shot himself. Apparently, he had it rigged to lower the armor onto himself, no way out.

He should have taken some project pictures and uploaded them to the dropbox before embarking on his mission.
