Engine throttle question

I close the throttle on my Saito 65 and it keeps running. What setting needs changing? And yes I have marked the throw of the throttle control arm to be sure the servo is not holding me up. It is a new engine with about 30 min on it. I have the transmitter set to full close when the trim is all the way down and it should stop, right?

Thanks Mark

Hey Mark, it doesn't matter where your trim is if the carb barrel isn't closing. It should be open about 3/32 of an inch or so with the trim full up and full down should completely close the barrel. Eddie Fulmer AMA 63713

Look for a small screw sticking out perpendicular to the throttle barrel. I can't recall exactly where, but it probably has a spring or lock washer on it. That is the throttle stop screw. Unscrew it a little to let the carb close more.
