Hoosier Hotshot Plans

Back around 1974 or so, I built my first RC model, the "Hoosier Hotshot" from Midwest Products Inc. Thirty years later, my nine year old son comes across some pictures of me posing with the Hotshot and decides THIS is the one he wants to build. Long since out of production, it was a midwing, .051 powered 3-channel job that vaguely resembled the Extra 300 aerobatic ship. It had built-up fuselage and foam wings, if I recall.

I called Midwest Products and got a nice person who directed me to vintage plans web site. I emailed them a week ago but have received no reply as yet:

The Hotshot is listed on the Vintage RC Society's list of approved planes:

Does anyone remember this little bird, and if so, would you know of where I can get the plans? Thanks!

I checked my plan archive and found a Hoosier Hotshot meeting your description that was published in the April, 1967 RCM (Radio Control Modeler ). I have high resolution scans of the original magazine plans and I will send them to you as soon as I get home. I "MAY' have the original magazine article, but I'll have to check.
