One is available to casual iodiots and spambts, wherteas the other takes some invention and effort to discover.

Because the majority of crme is casual, on the spur of the moment, and done because it was so easy it was a waste not to commit it.

How many people would actually e.g. rerturn a wallet and the money inside it just because it has the senders name and address in it? The guy whose I did, was so surprised and gratified he sent me the money anyway...
