If you are referring to the foam white Pitts with red & blue trim mfg'd by ArtTech, I have this to say:
I bought my Pitts Special RTF from Hobby Lobby and it came with a 72MHz radio, a brushless motor, and a 11.1V 3-cell Li-Po battery with a charger.
I have never flown a powered r/c aircraft in my life until this one. 20 years ago I flew 2-channel sailplanes and I did fly a 3-channel sailplane back then as well. A co-worker recently showed me his flight simulator and I did some research and decided on RealFlight 4.5. I have practiced on it for the past 3 weeks. Last week I bought the Hobby Lobby Art Tech Pitts Special RTF.
I flew it today in windy conditions today without problems until I tried to land it. I got confused and slammed it into the ground and cracked the lower right wing root and smashed the cowl. I fixed the cowl and wing root and was back at the park a couple of hours later and flew for about 30 minutes and made 5 landings without incident. I like the plane alot. The RealFlight 4.5 simulator has been very helpful, even though it did not have that particular plane in it's database of aircraft.
Keep in mind, I am brand new to r/c electric aircraft.
