Combining two of the tips in here have given me the best results. Mix 91%
> rubbing alcohol (70% has too high a water content) with corn starch to get a
> paste with a consistency somewhere between toothpaste and heavy cream.
> Brush the mixture on the affected area and allow to dry. You may need to
> repeat this several times over a period of a week or two.
