Corell to DXF to Autocad

I heard you could scan a sketch or drawing into Corel. DXF out that drawing and then open the DXF. in AutoCAD, is this true? Are there any problems with this method?

Yes, it works. No, it is not high quality. Like any raster to vector translation, you loose precision.
