line co-ordintes to txt file and numbering lines routine

Hello

I am looking for a lisp routine that extracts the co-ordinates of each line to a txt file or spreadsheet file. Also a lisp routine that numbers rows of lines (sometimes in an odd shape) but all lines are parallel.
