Hello, paper space files all white, model space correct colors. Can't get PS to look like MS help. John

do you have any active viewports? can you regen in each?

Try this:
Go to > Tools>Options>Colors, Select Window Element (Toggle>MS/PS) >Color
Hope that this is what you are looking for.
