Patterns or pictures of old things that one can make? .. Like tripods and all ofcourse no need for patterns for most of it but can be nice to get inspiration from a picture or something ... If anyone knows good sites that might show things like that please give them away :>

I don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for or not, but they're great references for styles and components for ornamental projects which you may use for patterns.
