Couldn't happen to a nicer company. About time somebody took Applied on. Applied is famous for this kind of behaviour, and have blackmailed people with the threat of you won't get anymore work from us if you don't comply.

Applied Materials Inc. is the target of a Texas lawsuit filed by one of its suppliers, Phoenix-based Suntron Corp., which is seeking $20 million in damages.
Suntron, which offers manufacturing services and provides subassemblies to the semi capital equipment, aerospace and industrial markets, alleges that Applied defrauded it into expending millions of dollars on raw materials and other inventory-related costs, as well as capital and human resources, with false promises of reimbursement.
