Electrically resistant cloth/fabric?

Hey all, anyone ever heard of resistance cloth/fabric? What I mean is, it would have some conductivity so as to generate heat when carrying a current.

Searched Google but found nil.

Been done and patented. Indetherm, a division of PJO Industries manufacture it.
