I bought half priced a Toys 'R Us in France the Lego 8458 Silver Champion.

It's talking about a exclusive WEB model but I can't found it ?

Any idea of location ?

I think the instructions for that model may no longer be on Lego's web site. Lego updates and changes their web site frequently. Such features expire after a while.
