Any suggestions on how to cut a security style 40 Master lock, I am a lifeguard at a local YMCA and someone has left this style lock on a locker and I have been told to cut it. Yeah right. I don't have a clue. Any help would be appreciated.
Use a 1/4 inch drill bit, go right through the brass cylinder. Count 4 "bumps" as you go though the pins, at the 4th bump the cylinder should turn and unlock the bolt. Wear eye and hand protection, battery operated drill is marginal in power.
large bolt-cutters.. yes, they will work on discus style locks. cut as close to the shackle as possible... or pick it....
Dremel anyone?
