Do you really expect someone to post the several MB it would require to cover all that?
Especially considering that it hits the "defeating instructions" topic which is generally considered out of bounds for this newsgroup? (Read the FAQ for a summary of the flamage on that topic.)
I probably should have added that that if he's serious he should look into some reference materials like Autosmart or fastfacts for autos The Door Lock Encyclopedia or similar and probably a number of other references all available from various suppliers.
Look in FAQ....We do not discuss entry methods on an open forum

Go to a junk yard-If you don't mind spiders and snakes.Pick out a certain model. Most yards line them up by the model and by the year. Then you can see the linkages and how they are evolving.
You will find the linkages strikingly similiar on many models of the same manufacturer. That is if You are serious and willing to get down and dirty.
I've even taken pictures of a few-so much more informative than a book-but I would recomend AutoSmart-especially for making first keys, code info and the like.
Later, goma.
