Your pages are clean, fast loading, and easy to read.
Web sites don't attract new customers. That's what the yellow pages and word of mouth do much better.
In my opinion a web site should be used to (keep) the customers you already have by offering another way for existing customers to contact you and/or set appointments, access and pay their account through a user name and password as opposed to billing, have basic questions answered through a good faq, or find that lost combination to the simplex lock on the storage room.
There are many (personalised) services you can offer your customers that will make them happier and keep them coming back time after time. I don't see where you are taking advantage of this.
