search books, for wind tunnel design ... there will be many hits, most of which are associated with airfoil design, there may be some with wind tunnel design.
And since you claim that you have used Google, then you did a search for wind-tunnel engineering ... and contacted the first several companies that design wind tunnels for a living, and asked them what reference materials they use?
