I have a Welding Metals Mfg. Co. acetylene regulator, model #92-SC-P. Does anyone know where I can get a diaphragm or rebuild kit for it, or a reputable rebuilder?

Throw it away. There are no parts or repair facilities available in Central Antartica. Oh - wait a minute - maybe you are somewhere else? Let us know.

It's been my experience that any welding supply house will have the ability to rebuild regulators, or have a source where they have them done. I'd suggest you start there.
