#1, J Head, decent mill, needs a bit of clean up and puttering with, but in mechanically good shape. Its been in long term storage and mostly needs clean up. No rust, just sticky from years of storage

#2 J head. Very nice mill, ways freshly scraped, screws replaced, etc. Was repainted and then stored for the last 7 years. Very tight, very smooth. Has power feed but its unknown if its working. Machine is dusty, but in otherwise excellent mechanical shape.

Both machines have step pulley heads. R8 Collets, 208 3ph, standard
2hp motors. No DROs, but would be great machines with a Star DRO on them. Tables are in decent shape, with no cracked or busted T slots and only minimal "oops" marks.Seller is closing down one of his other machine shops and needs the room for setting up machines from that shop in his current one.
A forklift is available, good place to load, good guy to deal with. Some folks here have bought "surplus to his needs", machines from this fellow before and are happy with them.
