As a ham-fisted machiner, I have made most of those at one time or another.

Well, for tapered holes you might only be able to find pipethread sizes, and the 'out of round' is easiest available in nuts (self-locking sheetmetal nuts) not bolts. 'For mismatched holes' is seen, occasionally, as an adjustment cam. I'd like to find a good source of threadless, actually: there's only a few copper rivets in my stash now, I'd really prefer to have some iron options there.

For the rest, I just end up fabricating 'em one at a time, as needed.
