I understand why you are so angry about those cartridges quitting on you so soon, but don't get mad at Neopost and you can stop longing for the old Pitney Bowes model. Whoever sold you the IJ25 should have explained that the postage regulations require that the ink cartriges stop working after 9 months or 2500 impressions. In order for the New "stamp" to print correctly and the new system work efficiently they had to ensure that the ink would be replaced regularly. You are not alone in your frustration, but you are upset with the wrong people. Neopost is just the messenger...
