Basset Loak 2 1/2" A3 Loco

Could anyone supply the Driving wheel dimensions for this Loco Please.

The prototypes had 6' 8" drivers. Assuming you are using 1/24th scale you'll want wheels a little under 3 3/8" dia. Here's one twice the size of yours.
