Please can anyone give an experience-based recommendation for the above and suitable releasant for a steel mould. The part is a lubricator sight "glass" needing little strength. If possible a reference to a supplier of smallish quantities would also be helpful. thanks

I have no practical experience of this kind of moulding, just ordinary GRP work; try

(they may not want to deal with small quantities; it depends on how nice the salesperson is) or You can probably get casting resin at your nearest modelling shop, but may be expensive & in v. small amounts.

My thanks for the on and off-group replies. After a bit of telephone ping-pong Tirantis were able to advise on a combination that should work. The chap I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful.
