It does look like a good idea, still wondering if the smoke and smell would be an issue in the UK, we are a lot closer grouped then the owners area.

May be time for a play when SWMBO allows it.

I'm going shove the guts of that guys idea into my parkray room heater in the lounge ....that also does the central heating

have the oil outside ofcourse ...pipe it in .. free home heating ...great big grin and if it works well ...there will be central heating pipes going across to radiators in the workshop.

Around here the councils charge for waste oil heaters. A few of the garages have them and they have to pay £200 per year environmental tax. Accident repair shop at the end of the road has to pay 2 grand per year for two spray booths and they are on water based paints.

We have to breath this but get nothing. The councils don't do anything to clean the air up so this is a theft tax as opposed to a stealth tax.

The only saving grace is the fact that their parks pickup trucks use the same size tyre's as my van.....................................
