corona treaters

Hope this is not considerd crossposting, but if so...my apologies.

In the R&D lab at which I'm working, we develop solvent-borne acrylics. These are used as adhesives. From time to time our substrates (sheets) need to be pretreated using a corona discharge. The sheets usually are sized A4 to approximately 30*45cm. Currently we're looking for a replacement of our existing apparatus. I found Enercon as a supplier of a labscale treaters, but unfortunately these machines are not CE approved (and hence can't be sold in Europe).
