Default System Colors in Config.pro

I have loaded the default config.pro. Apparently this does not load the in session default system colors, which I would like to use for now. When I change the system colors to default setting when in session, it does not save the setting to config.pro. Is there a way to save the default settings to config.pro or do I need to enter the color values manually in config.pro file?

There is a two-step procedure for gettting you system colors, however they're configured, to return each time and with each instance of Pro/e that you start. 1.. Go to the View menu, click Display Settings>System Colors. In the Scheme menu, click Default to make sure that's what you're seeing on screen. If you don't like a color and wish to vary something, click on the color box to the left the description and a color palette will open. The color editor lets you create a color in three different ways. Then go to the File menu and pick Save. This will create a file called syscol.scl. By default it will save to your current working directory or work space. Put it some place non-volatile, like wherever you config.pro is stored. 2.. Go into your config.pro ('Tools>Options'), pick your personal config.pro and in this file, type system_colors_file and browse to your syscol.scl file. Do Add/Apply and save the new config.pro by clicking the disk icon at the top. David Janes
