Pro/CMM

There is the cmm.pdf file on the Collection of Help Topics CD.

Right now, Pro/CMM is limited by it's inability to scan a surface. Instead, it must go point-to-point. Wildfire 4 is going to address this shortcoming.

I think that's a great idea. Few here know anything about Pro/CMM. I saw it work in the Motorola Model Shop but had nothing to do with setting it up. Pier, looks like you're ahead of all of us. So what's your experience, tip or trick? You didn't get as far as programming and learn nothing worth sharing, did you!?!

Hi David, I've had a pretty good experience in the past (many years go) regarding measuring and controlling but using a different CAD and a different Quality Software. In the past also experience on ProE Milling . Now I have to start working on Pro/CMM. I know the basic functionalities of ProCMM but I'd like to share ideas and tips to improve and speed up the knowledge process. I hope other people be in my same situation to feed this topic.
