Need an Embedded Software Engineer

Embedded Software Engineer Focus on growth, technology and a global business as you execute new and improved software products and applications engineering at Stanley
Assembly Technologies. Assembly Technologies is an industrial tools and material handling business focused on solutions in the Motor Vehicle Industry. Our goal is to grow organically and through acquisition. In this position you are required to:
    Create and execute embedded software products, subsystems and components utilizing C and C++
    Establish a design direction and ensure design meets agreed upon standards and needs
    Carry a design and product through the product development life cycle which includes testing, documentation, build for manufacturing and customer feedback
    Troubleshoot control software in complex electromechanical systems
    Problem solve with the project team and offer solutions
    Influence peers and managers
    Interact with customers in developing project specifications and requirements You must come to the table with:     BSE with 4+ years experience, preferably in electromechanical control systems. Alternatively, MSE in experimental robotics.
    4+ years experience programming and testing electromechanical systems
    2+ years experience working with real time operating systems, and robotics
    Passion and Excitement for Product Development and Improvement
    Demonstrated experience building a product for manufacturing and improving on it
    Demonstrated experience in testing and troubleshooting
    Effective oral and written communication skills
