I do. I absolutely LOVE flying at Orangeburg and go there every year to the Freedom Launch. 12 hour trip is well worth it. Not a HUGE event (smaller than NYPower), but a damn fun one, and very relaxed (something missing in alot of northern launches).

I looked back at Mark's URL for the rules. The only modification allowed is drilling for recovery. Since I'm going to have to join TRA to fly EX, I might as well give the BB loft a try. Maybe I can con my cousin out of some high tech CF fins and body tubing for the project. >;-)

Yes there are enforcers at group Tripoli launches.

I had dozens of large group launches ranging from over a hundred people to over 4000 and I never needed an enforcer once.

If I want to have a coffee shop in the Empire State Building, I have to pay the going rent. If I really want to open that coffee shop & can't make a profit, I have a choice. I can subsidize it out of my pocket or, I can just not do it. Same deal here. I think they call it capitalism.

I can also open up a shop across the street where the rent is not as high as the building. But a better example migt be the news vendor. I can open up a news stand in the building, and pay the huge rent, or if I can't afford that, I can sell papers on the street corner.
