Read the response before replying, please.. The analogy had nothing to do with permits or the lack thereof. The analogy was about getting an life altering anal probe despite of one's innocence or guilt.

Wanna see it in action first hand? Go to a pay phone and anonymously phone the police. Report that the resident at your home address is beating his children violently every night. You're not of course, so all will be fine once they see that in person. Afterwards, report back on how that affected your life. Note: If you do not have kids, report that drugs are being sold at that location. The effect will be similar enought to be suitable for your report.
