I read on a launch report of someone who made a scratch built "Screaming Mimi". I am wondering if it was made to scale? If so what size. I am wanting to build a rocket for my level 2 and I want it to whistle. I want the whistle to be heard over the rockets motor. If anyone has any info I would be most grateful!!
