Hobby Lobby again has 1/2 off rocket kits and starter sets (but NOT motors), but not motors. Also plastic models, die cast models, trains, and race sets.

What good is half a motor?
Easy. Adjustable delay. Just duct tape the delay you need from the other half a motor you have in your box. Need a C6-5, but only have a C6-3? Not a problem. Just the upper half of the C6-5 to the lower half of the C6-3, and you're good to go! Twist ties work too!
