Heads up for those of you who work with scouts (or are scouts). The BSA is introducing a new merit badge called "Composite Materials". For more information go to the American Composites Manufacturers Association website .
This could be an excellent outreach opportunity, since one of the requirements is to build something out of composites!!

Its is rumoured that Scouts in the UK are about to be able to build rockets etc towards a new activity badge
