My co-worker is looking to build a 1/48 scale Blackhawk for his kid. Can anyone advise of a good model kit for him.

Which version? Minicraft makes a MH-60K and a UH-60L, and they also have a US Customs version. Italeri makes a nice MH-60G Pave Hawk and an SH-60B. HTH
