That is quite a spectacle on TV from Torino tonight. I just hope that Mr. Ben Laden's last video didn't get everyone's attention so riveted on cities in the U.S. that they don't remember Munich! If he wanted to raise some hell, Torino would be about the most high profile venue he could ask for. I am too recently retired from the D.O.D. to not remember some of the worries about Italian Security.

The Olympics have become a poor shadow of it's intent. It's nothing but a political stage show and orgy. If it does get zapped it would be one of the only venues that I would say invited it. Not that I'm making an apology for the terrorists. The Olumpics should be scrapped as a waste of time, money, security assets and media.
