Decal question

What do folks recommend for the best technique for applying multi-layer decals?

For example, I've got a Tamiya F2A Buffalo. The wing markings are a round white circle, with the blue marking that goes on top of it.

Is it better to put the white circle on, let it dry, hit it with settgin solution, etc. and then apply the nxt one? Or put them on together?

-Just wondering...

That's the way I'd do it and I have done so in the past.

I do them one at a time, as you suggest...I let the previous one get thoroughly set/dry before applying the next.

I agree. I do them one at the time and (depending on the complexity) then i'll apply a layer of johnson clear polish between each. Maybe it's overkill but better safe than sorry...
