Could anyone please help and tell me if there such color in existance and what is the correct nuber for it because Eagle Strike reference tells to use this paint but there is no such color in Testors Catalogue or on the Great Models web site.Eagle strike references that the number is 303080.

Floquil 303080 is German Imp. Infantry Blue - a discontinued color as is the entire Floquil Military Colors. A close match in the Floquil Railroad colors is R51 Light Blue. Add a little black to the Lt. Blue for a better match.
