Hi,
I was hoping to get some help in finding the correct match (straight from can / mix ratios) for AH-64D FS 34031 preferably in Humbrol or Revell enamel range.
Thank you for your time and effort in advance; Matti
Humbrol and Revell do not make this color, but Testors makes an US Helo Drab that's a good starting point. Be advised, though, that this is a very difficult color to capture - under some lighting conditions it's an olive green, under other it can appear flat black, and everything in between.

Andre
Testor TS2024 in the Model Master II range is supposed to match FS
34031 according to the listing at Squadron Shop's website.Xtracolor X153 is the gloss version of this color (14031) which would be useful if you will be applying any decals. The matte color is X152, I believe.
AFAIK, neither Humbrol nor Revell match this color. It's a darn difficult color to match. Even under daylight, the color seems to change. For me, under sunlight, it looks black. When the sky is cloud-covered, it looks more green.
Thank you all for your replies. I managed to find a domestic supplier for xtracolor.

Sounds like it would be near-perfect for a GG1 in PRR trim. (That's an electric railroad engine for the unknowing.)

Aaaahhh, The GG1! I'd like to have a buck for every time I rode behind one of those babies! Was a real gas to be standing on the railroad station platform as the train came in and this huge beast of a locomotive came roaring by. I was always disappointed by the Lionel version, it was too "stunted" in it's length to look like the real thing.
