Help whit colours for Mitsubishi F-1

Please help me whit colours for my Hasegawa model F-1 JAASAF groundfighter(1/72) Can anybody help me ... what Humrol colours I need ? Gunzo colours are H319, H320, H321, H325, now what are Humbrol ? Or Testor .. or Revell ? BTW I canot buy Gunzo colours ....
