I feel pretty stupid for not being able to track this one down as it looks to be pretrty obvious. I know I have seen it before... What font is this?

Have you tried looking at
Google for Amarillo USAF or Bombardier. They're both either free or shareware and should be a close enough match that nobody would know the difference.
