I don't moreover know if it is necessary to say "were treated", or "are still treated" in certain cases... One could moreover add the Moslem populations, even not extremist(for the extremists, I understand perfectly the anger which quite complete America can have, but it is not necessary to fall in the fault which could make think that all the Moslems are extremist. It is not moreover valid for the USA, but also for Europe generally and France in particular).
