The best 1/35 M1A2 Abrams?

Who makes the best model? Tamiya? Revell? Italeri? Dragon? Trumpeter? other?

Currently Tamiya. But new Dragon M1A2 SEP will be released later this year and it will certainly be the best, as it will be based on their M1A1AIM kit.

Pawel has it pretty close. Big problem with the Tamiya kits is that they are still using a 25 year old XM1 pre-production hull as their basis with some stick-on bits and new tracks. To get a good M1A2 RIGHT NOW would require a Tamiya turret and some details with a DML M1A1AIM hull. The Trumpeter one has some shape and size errors and the Italeri one is a bit simplified.
