Vincent wheels needed

I have a Matchbox 1.12 plastic kit of a Vincent Black Shadow motorcycle which is missing the tyres, clear parts and decal sheet. Any idea where I might find these parts, especially the tyres? Is there anyone dealing in obscure(?) bits. TIA
