A human model

I am aware that this has come up a number of times but....

I had a great model of a person that had fully movable appendages and I remember that the parts were names in a foreign language (I think German)and he was a bit big, I think he was 6'4" tall, so I had to scale him for smaller people. Now given these clues, can a Sherlock out there let me know where I got it?

TIA

Ben

I am not sure how detailed of a human you want, but here is one.

Hi, This comment is about 9 years late... but for anyone that is still looking for a realistic moveable 3D human model I'd really recommend the website

This is the only website I know of that is offering 3D human models that are based on large amounts of validated anthropometric research. This means that there is a choice of populations (based on gender, age, ethnicity); the models can easily be moved into any position, and they are quite cheap if you think about all the work that has gone into all the research that led to the models.
