Aligning Dimensions

I can't find a setting to help....

I used to be able to drag dimensions on a drawing, and I would get yellow phantom lines that would allow me to align the dimension with other features (dims, edges, etc). This option seems to have gone away, and I can't figure out how to turn it back on. Can someone point me in the right direction to re-enable this?

Sigh....just like when you throw something out, you need it the next day. If you ask for help, you will solve it yourself.

Tools->Options->System Options->Drawings

Enable check box for "Detail item snapping when dragging center"
