I can't get the Command Manager tabs to appear (they only appear when I try to customise and then gone when I close the cutomise window).
Any ideas on how to fix this?

With a file loaded (doesn't work with nothing loaded), right click in the grey border above the graphics window. The first item in the menu that opens is Command Manager. Click that button to show the Command Manager.

I know - but that doesnt work. It works fine on my other machine. Maybe its a bug or maybe there is some hidden checkbox (that isnt obvious).
