Now if the software was available to run on it. How about this, an 8 CPU Opteron with Dual Core, 64 bit and 32Gb or RAM?
AMD, of Sunnyvale, Calif., is expected to introduce its 64-bit server chip, Opteron, with dual-core capabilities next week during an event in New York celebrating Opteron's second anniversary.
Now that WOULD be cool!

then the software will continue to bloat out until the machine runs like a P2-133 with swx1998
