Hi can anyone help?
Is it possible to control the number of circular pattern instances via the design table. If so what is the string needed i.e. $Instances@cirpattern1

Double Click on your Circular Pattern in the feature manager tree to see the instance in the view window. Right click on the instanve number and go to properties. The dimension name will appear, use the Full name (Ex. D1@CirPattern1). Use this dimension name in the design table and then you can # of instances in the design table.
