Spammers never quit, so download FixNews for Netscape 3 or 4, if that's what you use. The filtering is great, but isn't transparently usable. You need to view the Help files for information on "wildcards" and edit the "Killfile.txt" file manually. Add the following to killfile crap posted by the spammer who posts Subjects all in caps as above:
AuthorX=@*becomerichs*
where X is the next line of the killfiles authors in the text file. And be sure to put Jon Banquer and Cliffy in there:
AuthorX=@*jon banquer* AuthorX=@*jon_banquer* AuthorX=@* snipped-for-privacy@aol.com*
BTW, the @ symbol means "regardless of case" and the * is a wildcard just as you would use it in a DOS batch file.
Further BTW, in the Options tab of the FixNews popup dialog box be sure to UNcheck the Easy Scrolling option. It messes up right-click flyout menus in Netscape.
